At Luckyscent, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey; therefore, we accept returns on unopened, original-packaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to hygiene standards and the nature of the product, used perfumes and individual samples are final sale.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened, unused, and still in its original cellophane wrapping or sealed packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team via email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the dedicated return shipping address.
Pack Securely
Place the item in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a traceable shipping method; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
